Your work will directly affect people's lives!Some of your job responsibilities may include:* You will be blending, measuring, and producing raw materials to manufacture industrial coatings.* Prepare materials and product for packaging and shipment to customers* You will work in a production environment with the appropriate safety procedures in place* Follow established procedures and guidelines to form a variety of simple, manual tasks that form part of a production process* Load materials into production machines* Remove, pack and sort raw materials or finished products* Collect and dispose of garbage and production waste according to the organizations waste removal and recycling policies* Clean production equipment and work areas* Report to the Line LeaderQualifications:* You will need to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly* Stand for long periods of time* Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment* Available to work rotating shifts, work any job, and possible overtime
