Job Summary and Qualifications

Be the driving force behind an exceptional provider experience. From the moment a provider accepts an offer to their first day in practice and beyond, you'll play a key role in creating a seamless onboarding journey. If you enjoy building relationships, coordinating multiple moving parts, and making a meaningful impact behind the scenes, this is an opportunity to help providers thrive while supporting high-quality patient care.

 In this role you will:

• Lead the provider onboarding experience, guiding new physicians and advanced practice providers through every step of the process with confidence and care.
• Coordinate credentialing and payer enrollment activities, ensuring required documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Partner with recruiters, operational leaders, human resources, and enrollment teams to keep onboarding milestones on track and providers informed.
• Arrange provider orientations, system access, and training requirements, helping new team members feel prepared and connected from day one.
• Serve as a trusted resource for providers, supporting scheduling, payroll inquiries, licensure tracking, professional documentation updates, and other operational needs.
• Monitor critical compliance requirements, including licenses, certifications, prescriptive authority, continuing education, and other provider records.
• Support provider engagement and retention efforts through regular touchpoints, recognition initiatives, and a high-touch service approach.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and communications, ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced healthcare environment. 

You Should Have:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a medical office, healthcare operations, provider services, or a related environment.
• Knowledge of provider credentialing, enrollment, or onboarding processes is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset and attention to detail.
